STRENGTHENING THE FOUNDATION: The Impact Of New Positions at MDN

As Men’s Discipleship Network (MDN) continues its unwavering commitment to equipping and empowering men in their spiritual journey, we are excited to announce the creation of two pivotal positions that will play a crucial role in propelling our ministry to new heights. These positions, Administrator and Marketing Director, are integral to our vision of expanding our reach and fostering growth among Christian men and churches across the United States.

Administrator: The Backbone of Efficiency

The addition of an Administrator is a strategic move to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Men’s Discipleship Network. This position will serve as the backbone of our operations, streamlining administrative tasks, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth communication within the ministry. By centralizing administrative functions, our team can devote more time and energy to the heart of our mission — discipleship.

The Administrator will play a pivotal role in coordinating events, managing resources, and providing logistical support for the various programs and initiatives that MDN undertakes. This position is designed to create a strong foundation for our ministry, allowing us to operate seamlessly and focus on what matters most – impacting the lives of men with the transformative power of the Gospel.

Marketing Director: Amplifying Our Message

To reach and impact more churches and men across the nation, MDN recognizes the importance of a strategic and compelling outreach. The introduction of a Marketing Director position is a significant step toward amplifying our message and expanding our influence.

The Marketing Director will lead the charge in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively communicate MDN’s vision, values, and resources. From social media campaigns and email newsletters to partnerships and targeted outreach, this role will ensure that the transformative work of Men’s Discipleship Network is widely known and easily accessible.

This position will not only increase our visibility but also serve as a liaison between MDN and churches seeking to engage with our discipleship resources. By strategically positioning our ministry in the digital landscape, we aim to connect with churches that share our passion for men’s discipleship, fostering a network of like-minded communities across the United States.

Why These Positions Matter

The creation of the Administrator and Marketing Director positions is not merely a structural adjustment; it is a strategic investment in the future impact of Men’s Discipleship Network. These roles will fortify our foundation, enabling us to operate with greater efficiency, engage with churches more effectively, and, ultimately, reach and disciple more men for Christ.

As we embark on this exciting journey, we invite you to join us in prayer for wisdom, guidance, and divine favor as we seek to expand the reach and influence of Men’s Discipleship Network. Together, we can build a network of men who are grounded in God’s Word, empowered by His Spirit, and equipped to be transformative leaders in their families, churches, and communities. The journey ahead is filled with promise, and we are confident that these new positions will play a vital role in shaping the future of our ministry. Stay tuned for more updates and announcements as we move forward in faith and obedience to our calling.

"I can honestly say I would not be the follower of Christ I am today without MDN. "The transformation in my life from one of anger and bondage to performance and other people's opinion of me to one of more peace, more freedom and total acceptance in the family of Christ is only due to God's Word coming through Pastor Scott and my brothers at MDN."

-Phil Caporusso

"I have to say that after having Scott Caesar preach a sermon at my home church and explain biblical manhood he convinced me to join the men’s ministry, follow MDN and join The Iron Council. I love his heart and the example all the leaders here set. My wife is very thankful for the better man I’ve become due to the encouragement found here. Thank you!!!"

-Luis Pimentel

"MDN Changes lives! 12 years ago my wife wrote in a Valentine's Day card to me: "Never stop going to [MDN]. It has changed your life. It has changed your kids' lives. It has changed the men at your church." I have seen how this ministry has changed lives. Not just saying to "Know God. Love God" but actually to live them out."

-Coach T.J. Fitzgerald

Seeing the passion of 6 tables of men inspired me [after I came to MDN my first time.] Here I am 4 plus years after my initial visit still being strengthened, encouraged, admonished, and loved by MDN. God bless everyone involved in sharing God's word with the people in the trenches thanks to Christ Jesus tearing down the curtain.

-Peter Walton
