$5,000 – Platinum “Growth” Sponsorship
An investment for our ministry partners to help Men’s Discipleship Network® expand the “Great Commission” of discipleship to men and their families, as well as building relationships with organizations who share in our vision to reach men’s hearts through scripture. This sponsorship includes up to eight tickets to the dinner, recognition from stage as an MDN supporter, your name (or company logo), on your table, event signage, the MDN website (with a click-through to your website), and on printed curriculum materials for 2024.
$2,500 – Gold Sponsorship
This sponsorship includes up to four tickets to the dinner, recognition from stage as an MDN supporter, your name (or company logo), on your table, event signage, the MDN website and on printed curriculum materials for 2024.
$500 – Silver “Date Night” Sponsorship
Consider donating two tickets for friends of MDN to attend a special night out to celebrate MDN’s 25 years of changing families one man at a time.
$250 - Bronze “Pay it Forward” Sponsorship
Short and sweet, this sponsorship is to simply bless a “friend, pastor, or ministry leader” (you may or may not know), with an opportunity to attend the event.

If you’d like to share your testimony, there are two ways you can do that. The first is to share your testimony on video. If you’d consider sharing your testimony on video, please fill out the form below and we’ll provide you with more details. The second is to write your testimony by submitting a form.
