S.E.A.L. Team Trainings are taken directly from our Premium Bible Study called “The Mission-Driven Man.” This series comes with both video teachings and a printed curriculum manual.

“S.E.A.L Team™ Training for Men – Episode 2” delves into the principles of masculine friendship and Christian brotherhood. Drawing inspiration from the acronym S.E.A.L, the episode emphasizes four key aspects: strengthen, encourage, admonish, and love. It likens this band of brothers to a Navy SEAL fire team, comprising three to four men who walk together through life’s challenges and God’s mission.

The first element, “strengthen,” explores the oneness and unity derived from spiritual support, citing biblical references and encouraging men to point each other towards God’s divine strength. The second element, “encourage,” underscores the importance of speaking words of life and destiny, granting permission to believe in God’s promises, and instilling courage through biblical encouragement. The episode also addresses the role of admonishment, urging brothers to gently correct potential patterns of behavior that may lead to sin. Finally, the fourth element, “love,” advocates for sacrificial living, accepting the brother while upholding biblical standards, and engaging in fellowship as a vital component of the Christian life.

In conclusion, Men’s Pastor Scott Caesar promotes the idea that a small group of Christian men, akin to a SEAL team, can significantly impact each other’s lives by following these principles of strengthening, encouraging, admonishing, and loving, ultimately creating a strong and supportive brotherhood centered around faith and God’s mission.
